Debbie, co-founder

As a child, when asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?”, I would proudly answer “A teacher”. Over fifty years later, I am teaching with a twist.

My career until now has been a long prelude spanning thirty plus years. I grew up in the world of information engineering as a programmer and database developer. I traveled through many generations of products and programming languages before launching myself in the world of office and HR operations. Throughout the years, I have had wonderful opportunities to lead projects and teams in a multi-country and global context. The focus areas have varied but, regardless of the focus, my heart is happiest when I feel a true connection to whatever I am doing. I enjoy the feeling of positive impact that comes with a project well done or a single special conversation.

I enjoy making connections to history, people, ideas, animals, even connecting an odd sock to make a pair puts a smile on my face. Although not obvious at first, it is no wonder that I would find my true passion in the ultimate connection – universal energy.

About seven years ago, by way of a shoulder injury, I found my passion in Reiki. I signed up for one course that launched my journey of studying, practicing and teaching. I am now a multi-credentialed reiki master and teacher as well as a certified to teach mindfulness and meditation. With this “career” I feel connected to my clients, my students, my fellow reiki professionals and to that child, me, who spent many hours teaching in her imaginary classroom. I have found myself and my community and above all my passion. I know my purpose on Earth is to heal, to teach and to guide others as they search for their passion.

Nichole, co-founder

I have officially been in the “people business” for more than half my life. My energy is drawn from the connections and experiences I have from each human interaction. I believe that there is always a different way to look at something. This mindset keeps me curious and continuously evolving.

My professional background is within Human Resources. My personal background and passion are focused on holistic health and connecting the mind, body, and soul to live a full and harmonious life. I am constantly looking for ways to bring my personal and professional skills together. Thinking outside the box is where I shine.

This journey called life is about self-discovery and human connection. One of my favorite sayings is that “it takes a village”. My grandmothers have each been my village leaders, with one breaking boundaries in the 1950s for her family and the other being an artist who taught me about holistic health.

Travel and exploring new places have been instrumental for me in shaping my approach to each different person and circumstance I meet. I have coached and advised hundreds of people from all walks of life. I am learning to trust the universe and allow myself to be guided by my heart and soul.

I believe in the power of manifestation and intent. Words are pieces of art that, when thoughtfully constructed, have powerful impact. It has become clearer to me that my purpose in life is to continuously strengthen my own mind, body, and soul connection while teaching/guiding others to do the same in order to lead full and harmonious lives.

Rylee, Gabby, & Gracie focus their canine efforts on creating positive experiences for animals and humans alike. They are each spirited souls with depth, intuition, and patience beyond their years. They are constantly allowing us to learn from them. One of their biggest accomplishments has been to open the door for us to successfully treat our newest clients, dogs and cats.

When not chasing after their humans, The C-Suite ensures we are always taking time to step away from our work to relax, have fun and just enjoy. We always say that they chose us and as many will tell you about rescue animals, they rescued us!
